Each year International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) recognized high impact research and innovations to promote the “Advancement of Materials to Global Excellence” under the following categories of awards and medals
IAAM honors pioneer researchers with the Advanced Materials Laureate for their notable and outstanding contributions to the advancement of materials for global excellence. Advanced Materials Laureate is considered one of the highest honors for a researcher working in a diverse background, either from Physical, Chemical, Biological, Engineering, Mathematical and Medical Sciences along with their substantial contribution towards research perspective, expanding education, promoting materials research and its applications at a global standard, mentoring professionals and series of advancements on the related topics.
Across the world, any researcher meets the criteria is eligible for this award. The award is felicitated based on contributions made through work done during the twenty years preceding from the year of the award. Up to now, the association has honoured five high profile well-known researchers from Europe, Asia and USA with Advanced Materials Laureates since 2013.
IAAM the important research contributions in the field of Advanced Materials Science, Engineering & Technology. Advanced Materials Awards recognize long-standing involvement and far-reaching research contribution across the world during the fifteen years preceding from the year of the award.
Across the world any researcher engaged in the field of Advanced Materials Science & Technology is eligible for this award. Up to now, the association has recognized 33 eminent researchers from 12 different countries with this prestigious award
IAAM Medal is prestigious international award recognized by the International Association of Advanced Materials for notable and professional achievements, which fostered and enriched the development of Materials Science and Technology filed through outstanding research in Physical, Chemical, Biological, Engineering, Medical, Mathematical, Earth, Atmosphere, Ocean and Planetary Sciences.
The medal is awarded based on contributions made through work done during the ten years preceding from the year of award. A medal and citation will be presented in the assembly of Advanced Materials Congress. IAAM has honoured 193 distinguished researchers from 47 different countries with this prestigious medal for their outstanding contribution in the field of advanced materials
International Association of Advanced Materials honors outstanding researchers with IAAM Scientist Medals for their research and professional impact in Physical, Chemical, Biological, Engineering, Medical, Mathematical, Earth, Atmosphere, Ocean and Planetary Sciences. The candidate working as independent investigator should exemplify the enduring leadership and vision for material science filed. The award comprises of a medal and citation at the IAAM annual meeting. The medal is awarded based on contributions made through work done during the five years preceding from the year of award. Till now, 226 renowned researchers from 59 different countries has been awarded with this prestigious medal.
IAAM Young Scientist Medals are honored during the assembly of Advanced Materials Congress by International Association of Advanced Materials to the young/ early career researchers based on their merit based excellent research in the Materials Science, Engineering and Technology. The award comprises of a citation and medal. 51 young researchers from 19 different countries has been received this prestigious medal during the past 5 years
The selections for the IAAM awards are done by a duly constituted awards committee and the awards are given to the awardees at the assembly of Advanced Materials Congress
According to the association’s guidelines, it is mandatory for the awardee/ laureate to deliver an award lecture at the upcoming assembly of Advanced Materials Congress. The presentation time for the IAAM award lecture may be 20 min or 30 min, where 15 min or 20 min will be for presentation and 5 min or 10 min will be for discussions.
